1. Can I use photos from my phone? What if my photo quality is too low?
Absolutely! Most smartphone photos work perfectly. After you upload, our system checks the resolution automatically. If your photo isn't sharp enough for a high-quality print, our team will contact you via email to help you swap it out before we start production.
2. How long will it take to receive my custom frame?
Each frame is custom-made to order. Typically, it takes 3-5 business days for production and framing. Once shipped, delivery usually takes another 7-14 days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.
3. What if my frame arrives damaged or the glass is broken?
Don't worry! We use specially designed, secure packaging. However, if an accident happens during transit, just snap a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship you a brand-new replacement for free, no questions asked.
4. Can I see a preview of my frame before it's shipped?
Yes! Our online builder provides a real-time preview of your photo in the frame. For special requests like custom cropping or filtering, just leave a note, and our designers can provide a digital proof for your approval before we head to production.
